For the upcoming 2026 spring select season, we will have one official tryout session in early January. In addition, we are offering a select warm-up session in December to preview the tryout format and expectations.  All experienced players interested in trying out for the select team are welcome at these sessions and there is no cost for the tryouts. If your daughter is invited to the team after tryouts, you will be charged. This is in addition to the classic spring league, which select players must be registered for. 

Below are the details of the preseason schedule.

Select Warm-up Session (5th-8th): Sunday, December 14th, 2025, 7-8pm at Fieldhouse Sudbury (31 Union Ave, Sudbury). It is highly recommended that players who intend to tryout attend this session.

Girls 12U (5th & 6th) Tryout:  Sunday, January 4th, 2026, 3-4pm at Forekicks II (219 Forest St, Marlborough)

Girls 14U (7th & 8th) Tryout: Sunday, January 4th, 2026, 4-5pm at Forekicks II (219 Forest St, Marlborough)

*Please note, due to anticipated low numbers for U14, NYL may pair up with another town to field a select team.

There is no charge but all players must register for tryouts.
