The Natick Youth Lacrosse girls select program is an opportunity for girls in grades 5^th through 8^th to play lacrosse at a more competitive level against other towns in the area. The league keeps standings, has playoffs and a champion is crowned at the end of the season! Our program typically fields one 12U team (5^th & 6^th grades) and one 14U team (7^th and 8^th grades). Because this league is more competitive and we only field one team in each of these age groups, we hold tryouts and try to pull together the kids that give us the best chance of success based on their attitude, their effort and their lacrosse skills.

Please note that all players are required to play in the classic town league if they want to play on the select team.

For the upcoming 2025 spring select season, we will have two official tryout sessions before the Christmas & New Year holidays. All players interested in trying out for the select team are welcome at these sessions and there is no cost for the tryouts. If your daughter is invited to the team after tryouts, you will be charged. This is in addition to the classic spring league, which select players must be registered for.

Below are the details of the preseason schedule. All tryouts are being held at the Fieldhouse in Sudbury at 31 Union Ave, Sudbury

Girls U12 (5th & 6th grade) Tryout Dates and Times:

Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 7 - 8 pm

Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 2 - 3 pm

Girls U14 (7th & 8th grades) Tryout Dates and Times:

Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 8 - 9 pm

Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 3 - 4 pm

There is also additional time on Sunday, December 22nd in case it's needed.

There is no charge but all players must register for tryouts.
